After having a chat with the customer about the car key cutting and programming process we worked out the best place for us to meet was at the dealership. Later that week we met the Parmelia customer as he collected his Jeep and he was thrilled to be driving off with two working keys. Not only was he happy about the convenience of our service, he also commented on the quality of the spare key we made, telling us that the spare would now be his main key and he would put the original key away as a spare instead.
