At Car Key Rescue we use high quality materials to ensure our customers receive the best in genuine or after-market car keys and remotes.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on our automotive keys, FOBs and remotes due to the common misuse, wear and tear and incorrect storage of these by customers.
Refunds or exchange will only be provided if/when it is determined that there is a manufacturing fault of the product within 30 days of purchase. In this case, the customer is required to bring the vehicle and key/s to Car Key Rescue at a mutually agreed time.
